In order to continue to evolve different applications we are is looking for a Senior technical lead to manage the R&D department.

The Senior technical lead will have the following key responsibilities:

•You will be integrated into the design, scalable maintenance and corrective process of our applications. In an agile and dynamic work environment leading to handle various projects based on your technical experience and skills.

• In addition to these technicals skills, as a Tech Lead you must train, coach and motivate your team of developers. You will have to determine the rhythm and the timing to be respected for each project. For this you will coordinate the work of each developer on the projects and you will report to Front management team (COO and PO) based in Paris.
 

Profil recherché :

Technical skills :

• Master different computer languages (at least two) such
ReactJS, Swift / Objective-C, Android / Kotlin
• Git Tools mastering such (git flow, merge request, code review)
• Have business knowledge (project budget management)
• Know how to manage an IT project using Agiles Method (SCRUM)
• JIRA or Redmine knowledge
• Architectural mastering: MVVM, MVC, observer Design Pattern
• RxJs/ RxAndroid/ RxSwift / RxCocoa knowledge
• Skills “nice to have”:
o UX/UI knowledge on mainstream/consumer applications
o Ideally video/streaming native apps
o DRM workflow
